    Am I able to register my AVVA vehicle in my name?

    No. AVVA will have a 3rd party vendor process the registration with both the county and state departments of motor vehicles for issuance of license plates & registration stickers.

    Are AVVA vehicles inspected for reliability and safety?

    All AVVA vehicles receive a 167-point inspection by one of our vehicle experts prior to delivery. Any item(s) that did not pass the 167-point inspection have been replaced or repaired.

    Are AVVA’s vehicle prices negotiable?

    We don't negotiate on pricing; our vehicles are priced based on Wholesale Clean Auction prices and we don't add on any dealer or doc fees.

    Can I just purchase the vehicle that I want?

    Yes, AVVA provides you the ability to purchase our vehicles outright if you choose. Your purchase price is the estimated wholesale value of the vehicle plus $1,000.

    Do I have to be available at delivery, or can someone get the car on my behalf?

    The principal driver of the vehicle identified in your membership agreement must be present to accept delivery of the vehicle.

    Does AVVA accepted Trade Ins?

    At the current time, AVVA is not accepting trade-ins. However, that may change in the near future.

    Does AVVA offer any warranties or protections?

    All vehicle maintenance, repairs, tire/wheel replacement is covered by AVVA. We do maintain extended warranties on all vehicles and wheel/tire coverage and we manage the whole process for you in the event of a repair or regularly scheduled maintenance.

    Does AVVA offer GAP coverage?

    GAP insurance is an optional car insurance coverage that helps pay off an auto loan or lease contract if the car is totaled or stolen and the amount owed is more than the car's depreciated value. GAP insurance is not required with AVVA.

    Does AVVA own its vehicles?

    Yes. The vehicles included in our membership program are owned by AVVA.

    Does AVVA provide roadside assistance?

    AVVA is always with you! Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays). 1. Towing Assistance – When emergency towing is necessary, your vehicle will be towed to the nearest service facility or to any location of your choice. 2. Battery Service – If a battery failure occurs, a jump-start will be applied to start the your vehicle. 3. Flat Tire Assistance – Service consists of the removal of the flat tire and its replacement with the your spare tire. 4. Fuel, Oil, Water, Other Fluids – An emergency supply of fluids will be delivered to you in immediate need. Not to worry though because the cost of the fluids is billed to AVVA. 5. Lockout Assistance – If your keys are locked inside your vehicle, assistance will be provided in gaining entry to the vehicle. The cost of key cutting/replacement is not covered under this program and is an expense you will be responsible for paying.

    Does my AVVA membership terms and/or taxes change if I change my home address?

    As long as you live in the state of Texas, there will be no changes to the terms of membership and/or taxes included in your monthly payments. If you move from the state of Texas to another state with your AVVA vehicle, you will be responsible for additional taxes, title registration fees, license plate fees and other costs required by the state in which you move. Likewise, there may be requirements for additional insurance rate premiums required by the state. All these additional costs may modify your monthly payment.

    Does my Membership include Auto Collision and Comprehensive Coverage?

    YES! AVVA provides full collision and comprehensive insurance coverage on your vehicle in the event you have an accident that is your fault or the vehicle is stolen or damaged under a covered claim. AVVA is the loss payee on this coverage. Coverage is not available for intentional damage caused by you to the vehicle. The insurance deductible that you are responsible in the event of a claim under the collision and comprehensive coverage is $1000 per claim.

    How do I change my payment option?

    You will be provided at delivery with a customer service number that can facilitate payment updates.

    How do I find a repair facility that works with my AVVA membership?

    Like our bodies, vehicles need regular maintenance to stay healthy. Even unexpected issues require maintenance to allow us to perform at our best! When you find yourself faced with the unexpected or simply needing regular care, AVVA has you covered with multiple options! AVVA provides our entire vehicle fleet with regular and unscheduled maintenance, simply reach out to our AVVA team at 855-508-AVVA and we will make sure to connect you with a local service department to take care of your auto needs.

    How do I find my bank routing number and bank account number?

    The bank routing number is a 9 digit number that is unique to your bank and can be located on the bottom left corner of your personal check below the "memo line." The bank account number is a 10 to 12 digit number that is unique to your account and can be located on the bottom of your personal check to the right of the routing number.

    How do I make a maintenance request on my vehicle?

    AVVA equips you to be on the road to success by prescheduling regular maintenance on your vehicle including oil changes, annual inspections and tire replacement. You will be notified directly by an AVVA Advocate to schedule the required maintenance and be provided with service options. For unscheduled or immediate maintenance and repairs, simply reach out to our AVVA team at 855-508-AVVA and we will make sure to connect you with a local service department to take care of your auto needs.

    How does AVVA determine vehicle pricing?

    Our member contracts are based on current wholesale value for each vehicle. If you wish to purchase a vehicle directly from us, at anytime, your cost is the current wholesale value based on our industry sources plus $1,000.

    Your AVVA vehicle is registered to AVVA, Inc. as title owner of the vehicle.

    Once you are approved and have submitted your fully-refundable deposit and nonrefundable delivery fee, typical delivery time is between 3-5 days.

    How will I know when my scheduled pick-up is confirmed?

    You will get an e-mail or text confirming your scheduled drop off day & time. Our Delivery Associate will also call or text when they are en route.

    I am self employed. What documents can I provide to show proof of income?

    We love entreprenuers! You can supply a copy of last year's tax return to verify income. We will also review your bank account records.

    Life doesn't always go as planned. AVVA understands & desires to empower you to be successful in all facets of life! If it has been more than five (5) years since your personal bankruptcy and you can demonstrate stable income now, you are eligible for an AVVA membership. We'd be thrilled to have you as part of the AVVA family!
