    Am I able to register my AVVA vehicle in my name?
    All AVVA vehicles are registered to AVVA for the duration of the membership.

    AVVA’s monthly membership prices are fixed.

    It is AVVA’s policy that no alterations be made to a vehicle.

    Can I use an AVVA vehicle for commercial purposes?
    AVVA members may NOT, at any time, operate the Motor Vehicle in or for any commercial for-profit enterprise such as ridesharing or delivery service of any kind.

    Do I have to be available at delivery, or can someone get the car on my behalf?
    The principal driver of the vehicle identified in your membership agreement must be present to accept delivery of the vehicle.

    Currently, AVVA is not accepting trade-ins.

    All AVVA vehicles are covered by a comprehensive warranty for the duration of the membership.

    GAP insurance is not required with AVVA.

    Yes. The vehicles included in our membership program are owned by AVVA.

    All AVVA memberships include 24/7 roadside assistance, including holidays.

    Does my AVVA membership terms and/or taxes change if I change my home address?
    As long as you live in the state of Texas, there will be no changes to the terms of membership and/or taxes included in your monthly payments. If you move outside of the state of Texas, you will be responsible for all applicable taxes, transfer fees  and increases in insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations.

    AVVA provides collision and comprehensive insurance coverage.

    How do I change my payment method?
    Your payment method can be updated in the AVVA Mobile App. Simply go to your profile and under Billing & Payments you can update your debit or credit card.

    Our Member Services department is always available to help connect you with a repair facility to meet your needs.

    How do I get an AVVA vehicle?
    If you're located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in Texas, you can search and apply for an AVVA vehicle membership at our website www.DriveAVVA.com

    How do I make a maintenance request on my vehicle?
    Simply reach out to our Member Services team at (469) 472-5548 and we will make sure to connect you with a local service department to take care of your auto needs.

    How does Registration work? Who pays for it? Who renews it?
    Your annual registration renewal cost is included as part of your AVVA Membership. AVVA completes and files all registration renewal paperwork. Member Services will reach out to remind you to complete your Texas State Vehicle Inspection. Once you’ve completed your Texas State Vehicle Inspection and notified Member Services, AVVA will be able to process the registration renewal. Your new registration sticker will be mailed directly from AVVA via UPS/FedEx.

    How long will my delivery appointment take?
    You will be given a three hour delivery window. Our delivery team will contact you when they are en route with an ETA. We ask that you reserve an hour for our Delivery Team to complete the process.

    How much is due at signing?
    A $1,000 deposit plus a $299 delivery fee for the vehicle. Your first monthly payment will be due 30 days following the day you sign your AVVA Member Agreement.

    Typical delivery time is between 3-5 days.

    How will I know when my scheduled pick-up is confirmed?
    AVVA will contact you via text or email with your scheduled delivery window.

    I am self employed. What documents can I provide to show proof of income?
    During the application process, you are asked to link to an active bank account that has at least 90 days of transaction history. This is to verify your income since AVVA does not check credit.

    At this time, we are only offering memberships in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in Texas.

    I recently started a new job or switched jobs. What documents can I provide for proof of income?
    During the application process, you are asked to link to an active bank account that has at least 90 days of transaction history. This is to verify your income since AVVA does not check credit.

    There is a $299 non-refundable delivery fee for all vehicles.

    What do I do if my car gives me a warning or service message?
    Anytime your vehicle alerts you of something call Member Services to report it within 24 hours at (469) 472-5548.

    What do I do if my oil level is low?
    If your vehicle notifies you of any oil service needs, immediately contact Member Services within 24 hours and they will help you. A crucial part of keeping your vehicle healthy is making sure that your oil is properly serviced.

    What happens if I get a ticket or citation?
    You are responsible for all costs or fees involving parking fines, driving violations, road tolls or fees and towing expenses for illegal parking. In the event any of these costs are incurred and paid by AVVA, AVVA will debit the corresponding charges from your payment method on file.

    What if I move during my AVVA membership?
    If you are moving out of state, we will need to terminate your AVVA Membership. Please contact Member Services at [email protected] and provide written notice 60 days prior to moving.
